Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire basement along the baseboards as a preventative for general. Next I placed 7 MBS throughout the basement & kitchen to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium pest control initial service. You reported mouse activity in a few places on the first floor. I placed small rodent stations in the basement on the foundation sill and 1 on the floor in the front of the home under some cardboard boxes. As I was putting one under the stove there was a mouse on a glue trap. I removed the trap and placed the rodent station. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected for any possible entry points. None were found. I placed a large bait station by the ac unit on the exterior. I treated the foundation around the home for ants, spiders and general insects. I saw some carpenter ants and used insect bait granulars in the ivy where the ants were to aid in controlling them. I did not see any activity during the treatment today. I used a roach gel bait in all of the cabinets and along the chair rail on the wall by the stove.
