I treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual for general insect prevention. Please allow 10 to 14 days to see the best results. Hello! Today I performed your quarterly premium pest service. I placed a small rodent bait station in the exterior room right at the end of the driveway. It’s right on that shelf we spoke about over the phone. I also recommend cleaning up any excess birdseed that is still there as well as any mouse droppings found. Cleaning up, droppings can help deter future activity as well as enable us to track additional activity. Also, we spoke about, when the basement is all cleared up feel free to contact us for an interior service call if needed. I brushed down spider webs and inspected the exterior of the home. I then treated the perimeter foundation of the home with a liquid residual product for General pest control. I did not note any pest activity at this time.
