Good afternoon. It was nice meeting you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this afternoon. I inspected the interior exterior and found no visible signs of active termite activity. I installed four termite monitors around the home on the exterior to monitor termite activity. I applied a liquid residual treatment to the interior of the home for General pest control focusing on please. I applied an insect growth regulator to cracks and crevices in the interior of the hall for flea control. A different liquid residual was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control. Hello! Today I completed your initial quarterly service. We spoke about the ongoing mice activity inside the home. During my inspection I found two main areas where mice can enter the home unhindered. The rear door in the laundry room and the bilco doors. I strongly recommend having those areas addressed to prevent activity from entering the home. I installed a rodent bait station next to the bilco doors. I also installed mouse bait stations throughout the home in areas of concern. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect prevention.
