I also spoke to Mr. about the termite history of the home. There was none and there is no activity at this time. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. I treated all three bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, and basement with a liquid residual for an in general insect control. I gave Mr. 3 ant traps to place if needed. If ants surface place them out. The ants may come out and masses at first and should go away almost overnight. A week later, you will have a small reemergence and at two weeks you should have nothing. Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with carpenter bees. I observed heavy carpenter bee nesting mainly near the front left side eaves of the house. I then inspected the rest of the home. No issues to report. Also inspected for termite activity. I am happy to report no termites at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. Also spot treated around all eaves of the home for carpenter bee nesting. I also removed an old paper wasp nests by the front window. Finally all visible cobwebs were removed from all doors and windows. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Today I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected all the areas of concern and found one single mice dripping in the kitchen area. I placed a mouse bait station behind the kitchen fridge and under the sink. We will monitor these stations on our next visit. I also, placed glue traps underneath the kitchen stove. Customer mentioned that in the past she seen a mouse in the bathroom, another bait station was placed in this area. Customers son saw an ant in his room so I placed an ant bait station for preventative measures. I applied a liquid residual application to both the front and back of your apartment which will help prevent any insects indoors. A rodent bait station was placed outback by the HVAC unit to help deter rodents. I highly recommend sealing up the hole that the HVAC unit line runs into the house with insulation foam.
