Good afternoon, today I completed your premium plus pest control service. Started by inspecting your termite monitors. Happy to report I found no activity. I did however, add one monitor to the front of the home. I removed all visible webbing from the property and inspected your exterior bait stations. Stations had evidence of heavy feeding. I did add fresh bait to each. I recommend sealing the crawlspace entry points to help combat any rodent issues on the interior. I also applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior foundation. This will help eliminate any seasonal insects that may arise. Please allow 7 to 10 days for best results. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the office. Hello! Today I completed your quarterly service to the exterior of your home. During my inspection, I found no activity to termite monitors. I removed visible cobwebs using my webster pole.
