I called on Wednesday and they were able to come by Friday! Carlos was friendly and helpful. He clearly identified my issue (carpenter bees) and how I can find them. He treated the area quickly and left me with some tips to manage them in my own. This is my second time working with Green Pest (last in 2018), they would be my first call again.

Good morning, Nice to meet you. Today I was here for your one time pest service for yellow jackets. I applied a liquid residual into nesting area. Allow about a week for control. If needed you can call us back within the warranty. Thank you for choosing green pest solutions!
Per our conversation Today I performed your quarterly pest control treatment. I knocked down any cobwebs around the exterior of your home. I applied a residual liquid treatment around the exterior foundation, windows, and doors. You may see increased insect activity for a few days after this treatment. Completed one time service today. Inspecting a serviced interior and exterior of home for ants and mice activity. Started off by applying liquid application to perimeter of crawlspace, as well as installing three rodent bait stations in crawlspace to help control, carpenter and mice activity. Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I knocked on the door but no one answered. I started off inspecting the exterior including all rodent bait stations. Moderate feeding in most. The station in the back left corner was completely out of bait. I replenished all stations. I then removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. A liquid treatment was applied to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is springtails. You mentioned springtails mainly in the living room area near the window. I applied a light liqueur treatment along the window ledge and to the baseboards on the living room, dining room and kitchen. I avoided treating near any of the children’s toys. In the garage, I placed glue boards around the perimeter and applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter for spider and general pest control. On the exterior, I am happy to report, no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all four corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I then applied a liquid repellent treatment around all doors and windows for springtail control. We can’t eliminate them totally from getting in but limit of how many get into the home. With high humidity moisture is present, this is conducive conditions for them. I then applied a liquid treatment to t
Today I completed your premium plus pest control service. All visible cobwebs were knocked down on the outside of your home. I then applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, detached shed, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate ants as well as seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. I then inspected all the areas of concern and found ant swarmers by the upstairs bathroom. I placed an ant arena bait station to help eliminate the activity. Be advised you will see an increase in activity which is expected. Allow 10-14 days to see best results. All previous areas of concern where mice have been spotted were checked and no activity was found, I removed previous company traps. I added two in the garage for preventative purpose and replaced the hot trap in the crawlspace. Lastly, I installed four termite monitors on the exterior. Today I completed your upgrade service. I installed termite stations on the outside of your home. This will help prevent and eliminate termites. I then inspected the interior and found evidence of dead termite swarmers in the basement. I checked the crawl space and found the area where the termites are nesting.
