I called on Wednesday and they were able to come by Friday! Carlos was friendly and helpful. He clearly identified my issue (carpenter bees) and how I can find them. He treated the area quickly and left me with some tips to manage them in my own. This is my second time working with Green Pest (last in 2018), they would be my first call again.

Justin was very polite and professional. Explained everything he was going to do and how. How long it would take and answered all my questions. Justin even took care of a very large spider web that I almost walked into. Justin was respectful of property and careful when spraying the wasp nest.

Today I completed your upgrade service. I installed termite stations on the outside of your home. This will help prevent and eliminate termites. I then inspected the interior and found evidence of dead termite swarmers in the basement. I checked the crawl space and found the area where the termites are nesting. I installed an above ground station in the crawl space as well as the basement joist. We will be back in 30 days to monitor for activity. Hello, today I was here for your initial service. I placed 3 bait stations in the attic and 3 in the basement sill plate and crawl space to monitor rodent activity. 2nd floor apartment I placed a bait station underneath the kitchen sink and by the washing machine to monitor rodent activity. 1st floor apartment I placed a bait station underneath kitchen sink and behind the sofa to monitor rodent activity. I placed an exterior rodent control device behind your home to monitor rodent activity. I applied a liquid residual throughout the basement perimeter targeting general pests. Also closed a hole outside of you home with a copper mesh and handed Mr extra copper mesh as well. Please allow 10-14 days for the product to take effect. I started off inspecting the exterior and removing all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. No issues to report. Today I completed your initial premium plus service. I started by installing termite monitors. Will inspect these on each visit. Treated the interior for ants and all other general insects. I applied a liquid treatment to the main floor perimeter and also the basement. Outside of the ants, there were no other noticeable issues. No rodent droppings no signs of any other pest. I also use glue boards in the basement help catch and monitor any insects moving through the area. In the kitchen, I placed and bait stations in the direct path of any ant trails. On the exterior, I removed all visible webbing from the property and apply a liquid treatment to the entire exterior foundation, including all door, trim, and window trim. On today’s visit, I inspected and treated interior and exterior. You mentioned that you saw what looked like a roach in the kitchen on the counter. I placed a roach bait station on counter and 1 roach bait station in cupboard. I also applied roach gel bait to hinges in kitchen cabinets; also laying glue boards under the dishwasher, sink, fridge and on counter. If you see activity in these glue boards please let us know so we can come out and treat. After this, I inspected for termites and found no activity at this time. I placed termite monitors around the house. I then inspected basement, garage and shed for mouse droppings. No droppings found in basement or garage and feeding on the MBSs in sheds; which tells me activity is most likely present in the sheds.
