Good afternoon. Today I completed your one time service for clover mites. You mentioned having clover mites all around the front steps and back deck. I started off by applying a liquid treatment to the perimeter of the home. I treated the front steps and back deck. I also treated around the gazebo. A treatment was also applied to the exterior foundation as well. Clover mites feed on grass and make their way to concrete to warm up. They will be gone once the summer arrives. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected the interior and exterior for termites and other pest activity. No active termites were found but I located the colony that was infesting the unit. I applied ant gel bait to cracks and crevices, windows and doorways in the unit for ant control. I placed two ant bait arenas in the back room and bathroom for ant control. I removed the cobwebs from the exterior of the unit. I scattered granular bait for ants and crickets on the backside of the unit. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doors of the unit for general and seasonal pest control focusing on ants and crickets. On todays visit, I inspected and treated the interior of your school. The prep sheet was not yet on the account, so we can treat next time according to the prep sheet. I began by applying roach gel bait around kitchen counters, under sinks and to hinges of cabinets to allow roaches to feed and infect one another. I then applied a liquid application to baseboards of the food areas and also the bathrooms. I then placed glue boards throughout the school to monitor for activity. It is very important to leave the glue boards until our next visit; this way, we can identify the activity and use products accordingly. It is also important to not use any household products; which will interfere with our treatment. Please allow 2 to 3 hour dry time and 10 to 14 days for treatment to reach full effect.
