Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 6 MBS interior throughout the attic and basement to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Next I placed 5 snap traps throughout the unfinished area to eliminate any rodent activity. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service but I found a couple of possible entry points that I placed copper mesh in the area. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I installed four exterior termite monitors around the property to monitor for termite activity every quarterly visit moving forward. I removed visible cobwebs using my webster pole. I treated the exterior perimeter of your home with a liquid residual for general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment to take full effect. Hello! Today I completed your quarterly service to the exterior of your home. During my inspection, I found no activity to interior bait stations in home. Interior bait stations in shed were empty. Exterior bait station to front of home had very minor activity it’s and exterior bait station to back of home was empty. I replenished bait to bait stations as needed.
