Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the termite monitors and found no activity. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect. It was a pleasure to service your home today and I thank you for choosing Green Pest Solutions for any and all of your pest control needs!
Today I completed your premium plus initial pest control service. All visible cobwebs were knocked down on the outside of your home. I then installed four termite monitors on each corner of the house. I then applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. I then inspected for any possible entry points where the mice could be getting inside. I even checked underneath the deck outback. Please see all the attached images on the portal. It is very important that these entry points get sealed to avoid any further rodents inside. I also, placed a rodent bait station outside to help deter rodents from your home. All areas of concern inside were inspected and treated. I placed MBS stations in the attic (2 total one of each side of the attic), 1 underneath the kitchen stove, 1 in the crawlspace, 1 above the crawlspace opening by the seal plates, and the other ab

I continued your Premium Plus Pest Control Program by first removing visible spider webs around the exterior of the home, followed by the application of a liquid residual treatment along the perimeter to help prevent pest entry. Additionally, I checked the termite monitors that were previously installed at each corner of the home. At this time, no termite activity was observed. Changed out exterior rodent bait. Moderate activity found. Placed snap traps in the interior where activity was spotted. Recommend sealing up hvac line penetration point into home under the deck. Hi Edguardo Today we started your premium plus pest control. First we inspected the interior any rodent activity. No rodent activity upon inspection. Place glue boards in the interior behind couch to monitor activity. Then we took down any spider webs around your home. After that we treated your exterior foundation with a liquid residual. Placed an exterior rodent bait stations left side of home near deck to monitor any rodent activity. Finally we placed 4 termite monitors around your home to monitor any termite activity on property. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 6 MBS interior throughout the attic and basement to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Next I placed 5 snap traps throughout the unfinished area to eliminate any rodent activity. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service but I found a couple of possible entry points that I placed copper mesh in the area. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I installed four exterior termite monitors around the property to monitor for termite activity every quarterly visit moving forward.
