Good afternoon today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Todays targeted issue is ants. Upon arrival I spoke with your daughter. She mentioned ants around the house and hot tub. I inspected the exterior for termites. Happy to report no termite activity. I then installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I saw ant around the foundation and the hot tub. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. I also spot treated around the hot tub for ant activity. I noticed the window to the basement was open or missing. I recommend having that fix to keep rodents and insects out of the basement. Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I knocked on the door but no one answered. I started off inspecting the exterior including removing all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. At the bottom right side of the garage door, the weather sweep is damaged, I recommend having that replaced to keep insects and rodents out of the garage. The exterior bait station had very light to no activity at this time, I updated all bait. A liquid application was applied to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. I was unable to treat the back of the home at this time due to both gates are unable to open. It appears the ground is catching the gate.
