Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I knocked on the back door but no one answered. I’m sorry I missed you I started off inspecting the exterior. No issues to report. I then removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. Both rodent bait stations around a had moderate feeding at this time. I replenished all bait. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with yellow jackets. Upon arrival I spoke with your wife. She mentioned yellow jackets at the base of the tree in the back yard and in the bushes in the front lawn. I inspected the exterior. I didn’t find any issues. There were no rodent or insect pest pressures at this time. I applied a liquid treatment to the base of the tree for yellow jacket nesting. The tree by the perimeter of the yard and the bush in front of the house, I couldn’t find any nesting at this time. More than likely the wasp you are seeing are forging for food on the bush. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I also removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with mice, spiders , and ants. I started off by placing glue traps on the pantry room, crawlspace, and storage closet to help monitor and control spiders. You informed me no glue traps and liquid treatments in bathrooms or any rooms where the door wasn’t closed due to your cat having access to all the rooms. In the garage, I placed rodent bait stations at each corners to help with mice control. I saw light mice droppings at this time. On the exterior, I placed a rodent bait station by the AC unit on the right side of the home for rodent control. I inspected for termites. I’m happy to report, no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors in which we will inspect every quarterly visit. I recommend having all the car parts on the side of the house cleaned up. This creates harborage for rodents and insects. Clothing moths were observed in the master bedroom. I applied a liquid treatment to all baseboards with focus on cracks and crevices to treat for moths and moth larvae. I also placed clothing moth glue traps on the master bedroom since the heaviest activity was in there. We will use these to help us monitor the activity. Please mark the glue boards either house many were caught and date the observation on the glue boards please. There were no other interior issues. She mentioned ants around the house and hot tub. I inspected the exterior for termites. Happy to report no termite activity. I then installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I saw ant around the foundation and the hot tub. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. I also spot treated around the hot tub for ant activity. I noticed the window to the basement was open or missing. I recommend having that fix to keep rodents and insects out of the basement.
