Technician assessed the situation, took time to explain what he was going to do, and then went to work. When he was done, he explained what I should be looking out for as it relates to the removed hive, cleaned up and was done. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I performed a thorough inspection and minimal flea activity was noticed in basement and unit unit 1R but I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the baseboards in all 3 units as a preventative for all general pest. Next, I applied an aerosol throughout all carpeted areas in 2 units to help with any flea activity. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Last I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Today I completed your one time service for insects and mice. I applied a residual application in the basement, first floor, and bathroom area for insect prevention. On the two week follow up we will come back to treat the bedrooms as requested when construction is finalized.
