Technician assessed the situation, took time to explain what he was going to do, and then went to work. When he was done, he explained what I should be looking out for as it relates to the removed hive, cleaned up and was done. All in all, everything I would anticipate in any professionally performed service.

On today’s visit, I rang the doorbell but there was no answer. I began by inspecting for any exterior issues. No issues at this time. I applied a liquid application against seasonal insects. Upon arrival, we spoke about ant activity on kitchen counter, around sink. I applied an ant gel to ant arenas on counter top. During my inspection, I found minor activity to exterior bait stations. Interior bait stations in garage were empty. I removed and refreshed bait to all bait stations. I removed visible cobwebs using my webster pole. Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior exterior phone. Started off by inspecting interior of home for rodent activity. Visible droppings found under kitchen sink, under radiators, and in basement. Installed rodent bait stations in basement, as well as in screened in porch, first floor under sink, under radiators, and under water dispenser and living area. Liquid application was also applied along baseboards throughout first floor, and also perimeter of basement to help control general pest activity. Exterior was also treated with a liquid application along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control General pest activity. Afternoon Dwayne, today I completed your service. Treated all interior baseboards with a liquid residual solution and also inspected all interior stations. Minimal feeding stations. Heavy insect activity in all glue boards. I refreshed those. On the exterior, I knocked down all visible webbing that I saw. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation.
