Technician assessed the situation, took time to explain what he was going to do, and then went to work. When he was done, he explained what I should be looking out for as it relates to the removed hive, cleaned up and was done. Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the termite monitors and found no activity. Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I started inside where I inspected all mouse bait stations and found heavy activity in the basement, front living room, and 2nd floor. I replaced all of the bait and added 7 more bait stations throughout the home. Outside I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait station and found minimal activity. I replaced the bait accordingly. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect. Today I performed your initial pest control treatment for mice and roaches. I applied a residual liquid treatment to the baseboard throughout the building and to the exterior perimeter of the building. Please allow two weeks for the best results. I placed six mouse bait stations in the downstairs unit and three in the upstairs unit. The upstairs unit has been treating for mice on her own with over the counter products. I placed one large bait station in the basement by the back door and one on the exterior side of the building. We will monitor all of them for activity during our future visits. I placed copper mesh in a hole on the front exterior to prevent rodent access. I recommend replacing the basement door that goes to the back yard because it has a large hole at the bottom of it. It is easy access for pest entry. I also recommend trimming back the over growth in the yard to help reduce pest from harboring close to the building. Thank you for choosing Green Pest Solutions.
Completed initial service today. Inspected service interior and exterior of home. Started off by inspecting interior for rodent activity. Dropping phone in basement at this time. Habit to report notes termite activity was found. Set up throughout basement, and three rodent entry points found at this time. Sealed with copper mash to help control activity. My monitor were installed to corners of home, and visible spiderwebs were also removed. Liquid application was applied exterior foundation and around door windows to control pest activity. Hello! Today I completed your Premium Pest initial service for cockroaches and mice. Upon arrival you showed me mice activity under kitchen sink and along right wall across from kitchen pantry. I installed 1 interior bait station under sink and 1 next to fridge to right wall as there were mouse droppings behind it. I treated all available interior baseboards with a liquid residual for cockroaches and general pests. Per your request, I treated bottom left cabinet, that contained pots and pans, and pantry as you said you were throwing away all contents. I started exterior treatment removing visible cobwebs and treating exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for general pests. As we spoke about, please remove boxes to help prevent harboring areas for mice. We will be back out In 30-days for your first quarterly service. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects.
