Technician assessed the situation, took time to explain what he was going to do, and then went to work. When he was done, he explained what I should be looking out for as it relates to the removed hive, cleaned up and was done. I recommend Angel as our primary serviceman. Completed initial service today. Inspected and serviced interior and exterior of home. Roach activity being seen in kitchen, as well as in living room area. Also, silverfish being seen in basement. Applied a liquid application along baseboards throughout kitchen, living room, and dining room, hinges of all kitchen cabinets, behind refrigerator, as well as stove,and also backsplash of kitchen counter to help control roach activity. Liquid application was also applied to basement, and upstairs bathroom to help control silverfish and roach activity. Glue boards were added throughout kitchen today, and old ones were removed. Avoided bait today as requested, due to previous companies abusing it in kitchen. On exterior, visible spiderwebs were removed and I liquid application was applied around foundation, and around all doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is for roaches and mice. I started off inspecting the kitchen. I placed a rodent bait station underneath kitchen sink cabinet. I also placed a rodent bait station next to the stove. I then applied roach gel bait in the cabinet hinges and along crevices on the counter. I also place glue boards for monitors next to the refrigerator and next to the stove for roaches. The cabinets weren’t cleared for a liquid treatment so I treated around the refrigerator and by the stove with a liquid treatment. Roach bait stations were also placed on the kitchen counter. In the basement, bait stations were placed around the sill plate and floor in the unfinished rooms. Mice droppings were noticed. I also placed a bait station in the living room behind the tv stand.
