Mr. Hernandez was FABULOUS!!!! My ant issue at home was keeping me up at night and creeping me out throughout the day. Upon the initial consultation prior to treatment he taught me things I didn’t know about how and why ants get into the house as well as what they do underground. I looove fun facts!!! He explained everything so thoroughly and had great tips about carpenter bees and wasps as well! I felt so much more at ease by the time he started the service and loads of relief after he left!!!! He has no idea the peace of mind he was able to give back to me!! Thanks a million!!!!

Good afternoon. It was nice speaking with you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this afternoon. I inspected the interior and exterior for any visible signs of termites and found none at this time. I installed four termite monitors around the exterior of the home to monitor termite activity. I applied a liquid scheduled treatment to the interior of the home for General pest control, focusing on ants. I applied an ant gel bait to crack and crevices in the kitchen for ant control. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows, the other side of the deck and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control. Completed your initial quarterly pest control service
Good afternoon. Today I completed your one time service for carpenter bees. Upon arrival you showed me the eaves near back of the house. I observed evidence of carpenter bee activity and nesting between the eaves and side of the house. I applied a liquid treatment to all eaves where evidence was present. On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. I began by inspecting the exterior for any issues. I am pleased to report no current issues in terms of activity or conducive conditions. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity.
