Hello! Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service for mice. Upon arrival, we spoke about seeing mice activity exclusively in the garage. I inspected garage and basement, but did not see any mouse droppings at this time. I did notice some light coming through from, if looking from exterior, the right garage door, bottom left corner. From the exterior, you can see some damage to the bottom right corner. This may be allowing rodent entry. I recommend getting weather stripping repaired and seal any possible entry points. I also inspected exterior for other possible entry points and could not find any at this time. I installed 3 interior bait stations in the garage for mice. I started exterior treatment installing 4 termite monitors to each corner of the home. I removed any visible and accessible cobwebs. I saw a wasp nest above right door and removed it from structure. I also treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for general pests. Please allow 10-14 da
Today I completed your Premium pest control service.I treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual for general insect prevention around all three building. I heard your concerns about stink bugs and spiders. I treated accordingly. I knocked out all visible webbing on the property. Next, I treated the home with a liquid residual solution that will help eliminate stink, bugs, spiders, and any other seasonal pest you may encounter. I treated all doorways window trim, and all cracks and crevices. I also treated under the deck.
