Hello! Today I completed your quarterly service. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general insect prevention. I also knocked down any webs seen during the visit with my web duster. For your cockroach concern I treated baseboard level cracks and crevices throughout the home with a liquid residual and insect growth regulator. A gel bait was applied to cracks and crevices of kitchen cabinets. A flowable dust bait was also applied to cracks and crevices where gel can’t reach. Glue boards were placed to monitor activity. Hello! Today I completed your quarterly service. We spoke about your ongoing mouse issue. I inspected all interior mouse bait stations and found no activity. The exterior rodent station had very minor activity. I added more bait to the back of the station to see if it’s a palatability issue. Two mouse bait stations were installed in the garage. Snap traps were also installed in the basement where the windows are broken. I strongly suggest having the windows fixed along with the bilco doors. They are allowing pest activity to enter the home.
