Hello, today I was here for your initial service. I placed 4 termite monitors around the corners of your home to monitor termite activity. I placed an exterior rodent control device on the left side of your detached garage to monitor rodent activity. I applied a liquid residual throughout the broken fence line front portion of your eaves and 2 hole I found today from the regular fence line targeting carpenter bees. I applied a liquid residual throughout the exterior foundation of your home including doors and windows targeting ants and other general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for the product to take effect. Hello! Today I was here for your Termite install service. First I performed a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property for Termites and no signs of live termite activity was found around the exterior or interior during today’s visit, but we found old inactive, mud tunnels in the garage on the right hand side of the door that was treated previously before you brought the property.
