I applied an insect growth regulator in aerosol form to cracks and crevices in the kitchen and bathroom to help minimize the brooch population. I inspected the interior and exterior and found no signs of termite damage or termite activity at this time. I found no conducive conditions such as moisture, foundation cracks , or white fungus. Found no entry points into the home, there was no droppings in the home, no tunneling or evidence of nesting along the insulation in the basement as well. I did find a wasp on the back deck railing that I spot treated with a contact treatment to kill the wasps and removed the nest. I also found carpenter bees nesting underneath the facia boards on the driveway side of the home only.
