My experience started off bad because of difficulties that were created between sales and myself with what had to be done to move forward with the service. Once Keith and Brian and Dennis got involved things made a great turn around. I would never have made it through this without Keith, he has been so supportive and great to work with that today I would actually call him a friend because I trusted him and his word. He does his job exactly how it how he was taught to do it and won't alter that to make his life easier. He defends and stands by the company he works for but will go above and beyond to help the customer even if it means calling supervision to get the authority to do something that was requested of him. If you are looking for someone to step into a higher position working with customers he is the man to do this for you. In this world today many are looking for the shortest and fastest way possible to get the job done just to get a pay check and that is not Keith. He put more time and care into making sure we felt comfortable that his job was prolonged because of the lack of direction that was given by sales when I signed my agreement. Keith helped to prepare the home to be able to be treated which was not his job. He has taken calls from me to reassure me that my home will once again be bed bug free when I felt I was going out of my mind. I can't say enough to support him and your company because of him. However I do want to say that Justin on the other hand who took calls from me lacks all the positive things that come naturally to Keith. He was rude, not helpful, spoke without knowledge of what information was given to me. As an owner of a company I would think twice about having him in a position that deals directly with people. I also want to thank you for agreeing to put me on a monthly plan for bed bugs that is not the norm for you once my 90 days has passed. This will give me the piece of mind I need to get through this.
