On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. I then replenished the exterior rodent bait station in back of house. I relocated the station to outside the fence so dogs won’t have access to it. The station was empty when I opened. On todays visit, I inspected interior and exterior. I went ahead and inspected the basement/garage MBSs and no activity at this time. I then applied a liquid application against seasonal insects and replenished exterior rodent bait stations. There was light feeding in the exterior station by the right side of house and no feeding in The other stations. If you have any issues between now and next visit, please let us know. Good afternoon, today I was out to complete your initial premium plus service. Treated both the interior and the exterior for rodents and general insects. I started by treating and inspecting the exterior. I installed termite monitors. One for each corner of the home. Inspected the exterior perimeter for possible rodent entry points. I found three that were concerning. I sealed them up with copper mesh. The mesh will help deter rodents from moving into the home. I recommend going over the mesh with a spray foam to help lock it in place. I added two large rodent bait stations to key areas surrounding the foundation. This will help eliminate the rodents by feeding. I also added fresh bait to an existing bait station that was already on the property. Removed all visible webbing from the exterior. I also applied a liquid residual solution to the entire foundation, including all entry points. On the interior, I placed multiple rodent bait stations in the unfinished areas of the basement wh
