Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with rats. You mentioned rats around the chicken coop, deck, and detached garage. I started off inspecting the detached garage, I saw evidence of rat activity. I placed a rodent bait station next to the garage. I also placed a bait station next to the deck, and one by the chicken coop. I saw rat burrows next to the shed behind the gate, I placed a rodent bait station there as well. I recommend making sure all chicken feed and bird feed is not left out. Rats will feed on this. At the house, I inspected for termites, I’m happy to report no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all four corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I saw a yellow jacket ground nest next to the foundation to the left of the front door. Today I completed your one time service for yellow jackets. I inspected all the areas of concern and found yellow jackets going in and out of an entry point by the front door. I applied a liquid residual application to this area. This will help prevent and eliminate the yellow jackets. Allow 10-14 days to see best results. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and ant trails were noticed during today's service I applied a ant gel bait to treat. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. I also added on RBS station to the front exterior of the house. As well I place two ant arenas in the kitchen. 4 termite monitors were installed at the exterior corners of the property. On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. I then replenished the exterior rodent bait station in back of house. I relocated the station to outside the fence so dogs won’t have access to it. The station was empty when I opened.
