Sam with Green Pest Solutions was great and very thorough with the inspection. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. We made the call for removal of a hornets nest, and Sam explained to me the process, what he applied to the location, and what may occur over the next few days or so after the removal. He also inspected our basement/cellar adding some traps for insects and rodents as well as termite monitoring. We are very happy with the service we received and are looking forward to continuing with Green Pest Solutions.

Good afternoon it was a pleasure to speak with you today. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. Frass was reported on the front window on the left corner. I inspected and saw that a carpenter bee had dug into the window frame close to the middle where the lock is. This is one of a few wooden window frames on the home. This particular one gets a lot of sun which the carpenter bees like. I treated the wooden window frames. I inspected for termite activity and didn’t find any at this time. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. They will be checked at every quarterly service during my inspection. I did find a tree that is infested with carpenter ants. It is at the left rear corner of the garage. I treated it. I dusted the exterior of the home for any visible cobwebs, I treated around the exterior of the homes foundation perimeter with a liquid residual for ant spiders in general insect control. Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait stations and found minimal activity. I replaced the bait accordingly. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect. Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking to you today. I completed a one time bee service. You reported the bees at the left front corner of the home. I inspected and saw them going into the soffit corner. I treated it with a liquid residual from the top of the building to the bottom concentrated on the soffit area.
