Good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service today. I inspected the interior and exterior of the home and found no evidence of termite activity. There were signs of heavy mice activity in the basement, pantry, laundry room, and kitchen. I placed small bait stations in these areas for control. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also stuffed any gaps I found with copper mesh to prevent rodent entry. I recommend sealing up the soffit areas and the garage door entry as well. I placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the house. I added three large rodent bait stations to the exterior of the home as well. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect.
