However, there were some areas of the kitchen that may indicate roach droppings. I placed gel bait in these crevices. I also added glue boards to the kitchen in various areas, so as to monitor activity and trap any that may find them. I then treated throughout the interior of the entire apartment with a liquid residual. This solution is effective for roaches, as well as ants and general insects. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. If you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call. We will return in about 30 days for your first quarterly service. You mentioned only a couple getting into the upstairs bathroom. I checked for breech points but found none. I covered the vents in the bathroom with painters tape as I believe this would be the only way in. I then applied a liquid residual to the entry point under the shingles. You mentioned ant activity in a pile in the back yard. I spread granular bait to combat. You also mentioned catching a mouse in the past, so I added a mouse bait station in the basement closet to monitor.
