Good morning, sorry to have missed you! I completed your quarterly service today. I treated the exterior perimeter of your home with a liquid residual treatment for ants and other pests. I removed any cobwebs I saw, and I also checked the bait stations on the exterior and the ones in the garage and shed. I found minor feeding on the exterior, so I replaced them with fresh bait. Good Afternoon, Nice meeting you today. Quarterly service was performed today. Today i inspected/replaced bait on the exterior bait station with minimal feeding . I did also remove all webs to prevent flying/crawling insects. Termite monitors were inspected with no activity. A liquid treatment was applied to the exterior to help prevent pest entry. Spot treatment on the interior of the basement was also applied to prevent all crawling insects. Please allow up to 14 days for complete control. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. As you requested I applied a repellent solution to the baseboards of the bathroom targeting silver fish and other general pests. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I also checked the termite monitors (I had a replace 2 of them due to damage) and found no activity at this time. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with the house and to caulk openings around the exterior such as doors and windows.
