Ahmad was the best diagnostician I have ever had for my pest control problem and just what I needed today! His survey of the house was so thorough and he didn’t miss anything. I was pretty upset about seeing a mouse in my food area and I wanted to get rid of all of the food and he jumped right in and bagged up all of the food I wanted to dispose of!!! After seeing where the problem sites were he disposed of dead mice in several locations, placed bait stations inside and out, placed glue pads, and sprayed inside and out. Ahmad tackled the job with smarts and dedication and I am so appreciative of his work today. Excellent job!! Thank you, Ahmad.

I inspected the interior of your home for any termite activity as well as on the exterior, but I have not noticed any activity at this time. I installed four termite monitors two in the front and doing the back we will be inspecting these at the quarterly services for any termite activity. I also inspected around the exterior foundation of your home for any rodent entrances where I noticed a couple of rodent entrances that I was able to seal up in the meantime to help prevent/reduce rodent activity on the interior of your home. I do recommend getting around those areas at some point for a more permanent fix. Especially the crawlspace window screen. I did inspect your exterior. Roland control devices they were empty. I inspected the property of your home around the foundation, especially from the ground level up for any rodent entrances where I noticed that the crawlspace entrance is a way how rolls are getting in the interior of your home I installed some interior rodent control devices in the crawlspace as well as some traps. I also install the exterior rodent control device behind air conditioner unit. This will help reduce/prevent rodent activity on the interior of your home. I also applied a non-repellent liquid solution around the foundation of your home, targeting ants, spiders, crickets, stink, bugs, and other general pest. I also treated interior of the crawlspace as well please allow 7 to 10 days for results of this treatment. If you do happen to have any other pest issues or concerns, please contact our office.
