Ryan was the technician that came to my house. Ryan has been to my house a number of times and I find him to be a very friendly respectful person. He is very diligent in his job. He remembers every time where all the traps are located and checks and refills them even thought there wasn’t much activity. I enjoy seeing Ryan because I know he will check everything and reassure me of no activity.

Good morning Dave, it was great to meet you! Today we completed your initial pest service by first inspecting around the yard for any termite active and not seeing any at this time. We did install four termite monitors around the exterior of the home to help monitor any activity. Next, we checked out the yellow jacket nest on the deck and we sprayed a liquid residual to help combat the yellow jackets. After the treatment is competed we talked about sealing up some of the gaps to prevent future issues. We talked about ants on the front porch and no current activity, but we did spray a liquid residual around the exterior of the home to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests. No other current issues interior or exterior after we talked, but please allow up to two weeks for full effect, as this treatment may agitate the pests. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the area in which we saw one yellow jacket exit. as we discussed, our solution allows, yellow jackets to pass through it while unknowingly spreading the solution throughout the hive. It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (16) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. I will return in 10 days to install the rest of the stations. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line and thresholds.
