Good afternoon. Today we completed your first quarterly pest control service. First, we inspected the exterior of your home and removed cobwebs from entryways. We checked termite monitoring stations to find no activity. Next we treated the exterior of your home with a liquid residual insecticide to help control general and seasonal pests. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any treatments to reach maximum effect. We do recommend trimming any vegetation that is touching the foundation/siding back 12-24” from the house to help control pest activity. Good afternoon! Happy Halloween! Today I completed your Pest initial inspection. I started inside checking out areas of interest. I started in the kitchen and move my way to the basement. I placed two roach bait areas, one next to your stove and the other one in the corner of your kitchen. I then sprayed non-repellent solution for roaches, spiders, and ants. I only sprayed your kitchen and basement. I then moved to do an exterior inspection. I checked wooded areas for a termite activity. There is none at this time. I placed for termite monitors on the corners of your home to monitor termite activity. We will check these every time we come out I took down any cobwebs I saw on the exterior of your home. My one recommendation for you guys would be to trim back hedges away from the home about 12 inches. Bushes are like bug highways. I then sprayed a non-repellent solution to the exterior of your home targeting general pests, such as spiders, stink bugs, and box elder bugs. Please allow 7

Good morning Kyle and Amanda. Today we completed your initial premium plus pest control service. We address your concerns of mice activity. We inspected the interior of the home and placed two mouse bait stations in the basement and one mouse bait station in the kitchen, along with a snap trap in the bottom cabinet of the hutch in the dining room. We do recommend sealing up any holes leading from the basement to the main floor to prevent pest entry. then we inspected the exterior of the home and placed two exterior rodent bait stations to help monitor and control any rodent activity from the exterior. We recommend sealing up the hole/gap that was pointed out on the corner of the deck that is a possible pest entry point. We treated the breach point with a residual insecticide and taped up the entry point. Then we treated the exterior entry with a liquid residual insecticide. This treatment can take 7 to 10 days to totally eliminate activity. We inspected the exterior of the home and treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual insecticide to help control surface crawling insects. During our exterior inspection, we found yellow jacket activity at the detached shed. Yellow jackets made a nest in the back of the boat in the shed, and we treated that with a liquid residual insecticide. We will return approximately 30 days to perform your first quarterly service.
