Today I inspected and serviced all interior or exterior or rodent bait devices. Minimal rodent activity noted at this time on the interior and moderate activity on the exterior. I inspected two existing monitoring devices and no termite activity was noted at this time. I replaced two missing, termite monitors on rear corners of your home. Today I applied a liquid residual treatment around the exterior perimeter of your home for ants and other insects. I also applied a liquid residual treatment throughout the interior of the basement, garage, and first floor, except for the front family room. I installed four termite monitoring devices around the exterior of the home. I installed one exterior rodent bait device on the rear of the home. Please allow two weeks for treatment to be effective. Good afternoon, sorry I missed you today! I completed your quarterly service today. I swept away any cobwebs I saw on the exterior. I also checked the exterior rodent bait stations. The station on the right side of the home showed moderate activity, while the one on the left was empty. I refilled both stations with fresh bait. I then treated the exterior perimeter of the home, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. I recommend raking dead leaves away from the foundation, as this creates conducive conditions for pests to enter the home. If you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call. I sprayed a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation of your home to target ants, spiders, centipedes, beetles, and other general pest.
