Good afternoon, it was great meeting both of you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected the exterior of the house, finding no major entranceway for ants. I treated the exterior of the house with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. I also placed four termite monitors on the corners of the house to help monitor for termites. I inspected the interior of the house, including garage, basement, crawlspace, living room, kitchen, and dining room. I treated these areas with another liquid residual for ants and other seasonal pests. I also placed an ant bait station on the kitchen counter. Please allow a week or two for products full effect. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also inspected all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. However, the two monitors on the rear of the house had heavy ant activity, so I sprinkled some granular bait in these areas. I then treated the exterior perimeter of the home with a different liquid residual for ants and other pests. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect.
