On the exterior I applied a liquid to the perimeter. Allow time for ants to come in contact with products. We will be back in 30 days for the next service where we can follow up. Good morning, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service today. I inspected the interior and exterior for evidence of termites and found none at this time. I placed four termite monitoring stations around the exterior of the home. I also placed a large rodent bait station on the exterior next to the garage door. On the interior, I applied a liquid repellent solution throughout the basement and garage targeting crickets and spiders. I scattered some granular bait for crickets throughout the inaccessible areas of the garage as well. I also placed gel bait for ants in the kitchen and bathroom where they were found trailing. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. I was unable to perform liquid treatment on the exterior today due to the rain, but we will return on a day with better weather to do so. Good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your service for carpenter bees today. I treated all carpenter bee holes on the right side of the wooden overhang with an aerosol. For the rest of the holes inside the overhang and on the deck, I used a liquid residual solution to treat. Please allow five to seven days for full effect. You may still see carpenter bees flying around after this point, as the males are looking for mates. They have no stingers, and will eventually move on when they realize the females are no longer there. However, if you notice new drilling, please give our office a call. There was light activity in the kitchen and heavy activity in the exterior station on the right side of the house. I also checked all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. As we discussed, I recommend removing the cat’s food and putting it away when he is done eating, so we can eliminate this as a food source for mice. Once that source is depleted, they will be forced to eat the bait, which will render more effective control.
