I appreciated Sherman's courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival especially considering it was 7:45 a.m. Although I was up and ready, there are mornings when I might not have been.

We had a good experience the first time with GPS, after we moved to a new home we started our service a couple years later and the initial walk thru with Sherman was very thorough! Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I applied a liquid residual solution along baseboards throughout all three units including basement and hallways targeting centipedes and spiders. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims targeting general/seasonal pests that may try to enter. I replenished the interior mouse bait station in basement and both exterior stations showing heavy activity. I also added granular ant bait to soil in planters on front porch where ants were observed. Yellow jacket nest found in ground front right corner of home where walkway meets driveway. I applied a liquid residual solution directly into opening making contact with yellow jackets as they exit. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment. Good morning. Today I was here to perform your initial pest inspection and treatment. No activity observed during today’s inspection of home. Minimal ant activity seen near mudroom door and silverfish reported in bathrooms. I applied a liquid residual solution along baseboards throughout home targeting silverfish, ants, spiders and other general pests. I also applied drain gel to basement shower drain where silverfish were entering. I installed four termite monitoring stations on corners around home. These will be checked on a quarterly basis. I added copper mesh to block potential entry points on back left side of home where utility lines enter. This will help prevent rodent entry. I added two exterior rodent bait stations behind AC units and under bump out for fireplace between egress windows. These will help monitor and control rodent population. I applied a liquid residual solution to the interior perimeter of all three units, including hallway and basement where accessible. The interior mouse bait station near electrical panels in basement shows heavy activity and the exterior station near AC units show moderate activity. I replenished both with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. I also replaced missing station on right side of back door. During today’s inspection I noticed openings where pipes from meters enter on left side of building, a large gap under front door and gaps around the interior and exterior of basement window trims. This could provide wasps and other pests with a way to access building. I recommend having these openings sealed to prevent entry. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment.
