I appreciated Sherman's courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival especially considering it was 7:45 a.m. Although I was up and ready, there are mornings when I might not have been.

We had a good experience the first time with GPS, after we moved to a new home we started our service a couple years later and the initial walk thru with Sherman was very thorough! Hi, good afternoon, today I completed the premium pest service. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. I also noticed ant activity coming out of the little cracks and crevices in the stone path leading to the front door. I applied another non-solution into these areas to help mitigate ant activity. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment. I would also recommend fixing the weather stripped on the garage door as there is a large opening in the bottom right corner. Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, windowsills, and doorways, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, window trims, and entryways with a liquid solution to prevent entry of any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait stations finding minimal activity in the backyard station. Inside the home I inspected the garage for rodent activity and found 2 spots with new rodent droppings. I placed mouse bait stations in both areas and recommend sealing the entry point on the new extension in the garage. I checked the mouse bait stations in the kitchen and found no activity. Today I completed your quarterly pest inspection and treatment service. It was nice speaking with you today. I went around the house and knockdown cobwebs, spiderwebs, and mud Dauber nest. I scraped off as much as I could, but to get the rest it’ll have to be power washed off the side of your house. I treated the interior and the exterior with a liquid residual to prevent ants and general seasonal pest. I also spot anywhere I saw carpenter bee activity.
