We had a good experience the first time with GPS, after we moved to a new home we started our service a couple years later and the initial walk thru with Sherman was very thorough! I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a non repellent solution around the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the exterior rodent bait station a and found light activity. I replaced the old bait with new bait. I checked the termite bait stations and found no activity at this time. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches.
