We had a good experience the first time with GPS, after we moved to a new home we started our service a couple years later and the initial walk thru with Sherman was very thorough! Goodmorning, My name is Ahmad, it was nice speaking with you. Today I completed your initial pest service, the main focus were bees. After speaking with you I located the hive which was in the front of the house, I treated it with a liquid treatment to help control this hive. After that I inspected the interior of your home for any rodent or insect activity, no rodent activity was found but minor spider activity was present in the basement. I treated the basement with a liquid treatment then did your exterior inspection which showed no problems I knocked down any Cobb webs or old wasps nests from around your home. Then, I applied a different liquid application around exterior foundations, doors, windowsills, and under siding. This application will help to control any ants and spring/summer invaders. Good morning, today I was here to complete a one time service for yellow jackets. Yellow jackets observed entering and exiting through openings along siding in the back of home. I applied a liquid residual solution into openings making direct contact with yellow jackets as they exit. I inspected the exterior perimeter of home finding no other activity. Good morning, today I was here to perform your initial pest inspection/treatment. Mouse droppings found in attic spaces and garage. Dead mice also found and removed from attic space above garage. No visible termite activity observed interior or exterior during today’s inspection. I added nine interior mouse bait stations. Four along sill plate in corners of crawlspace. Two in attic space above garage, two in attic of daughters room, one along back wall of garage near hose bib and I added fresh bait to station previously placed in utility closet. I also added glue traps and snap traps to both attic spaces. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims carefully avoiding flowering plants attracting beneficial pollinators. Per Mrs request I also skipped the sliding door in the back of home where the cats enter and exit. This treatment is targeting ants and other general pests trying to enter this time of year. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment. I recommend trimming back vegetation making contact with the home. This can provide pests with a way to bypass treatments. Good morning, today I was here for one time service concerning yellow jackets. Activity observed entering through opening on the top left side of kitchen window trim. While inspecting the interior for breach point, I noticed yellow jackets entering through a gap above the interior kitchen window trim in congregating around the two windows providing the most sunlight. I used an aerosol solution to quickly eliminate activity around window and then used painters tape to seal gap and help prevent entry. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution directly into exterior entry point making contact with yellow jackets as they exit. You should see a decrease in activity in three to five days and up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment. I recommend waiting at least 14 days Before attempting to seal any openings on the interior or exterior of the home. For any other concerns, feel free to contact the office.
