Good morning, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I started by removing visible cobwebs within reach from doorways, windows, eaves and eaves inside of enclosed patio. I inspected the exterior rodent bait stations in the back of the home and on the right side behind air-conditioning unit. Both stations were empty so I replenished them with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population around your home.I also applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior foundation, window trims and perimeter inside of enclosed patio. This is targeting seasonal and general pests that may try to enter your home. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment. I recommend trimming back all vegetation, at least one foot off of the home. This will provide pests with a way to bypass our treatments and gain access to different parts of your home.
