Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your quarterly service. I used a gel bait in crevices where ant activity was mentioned. I also placed a bait arena in the upstairs bathroom where ants were scene. Outside of the sun room, in the back yard, put down granular bait that should help with ants. I inspected around the home and in the sun room for wasps. A couple wasps were in the sun room, but no nesting was found in there or around the home. I applied an aerosol treatment in areas that would be conducive to nesting as a preventative measure. If a nest is scene in the future, give us a call and we’ll come out to treat. I also installed termite monitors at each corner of the home that we’ll continue to monitor. I’m going to schedule a follow-up appointment to apply the liquid treatment to the foundation due to rain.
