Today I applied a liquid residual treatment around the exterior perimeter, windows, doors, and soffit areas of your home. I also applied a liquid residual treatment to the entrance of a yellow jackets nest on the side of the dormer. I inspected and serviced one exterior rodent bait device and heavy activity was noted at this time. I inspected all exterior termite monitoring devices and no termite activity was noted at this time. Good evening, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your quarterly service today. I swept away any cobwebs I saw on the exterior. I also inspected all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. I then treated the exterior perimeter, around doors and windows, and in the eaves of the home with a liquid residual for heavy stink bug activity, as well as general and seasonal pests. I treated the exterior perimeter of the shed as well with a different liquid residual for ants and other pests. Please allow two to three weeks for treatments to take effect. I checked the termite monitors, they showed no signs of activity. I checked the exterior rodent bait station, it showed heavy activity, I replaced it with fresh bait. I sprayed a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation of your home to target ants, spiders, centipedes, beetles, and other general pest.
