Called midday, and were able to fit me in within 24 hours. Ryan provided great service, neutralizing a yellow jacket nest inside and behind a stone masonry wall that was tough to reach. Would definitely use again.

Good afternoon, it was nice to meet you! Today I completed your pest service by first checking the termite monitors around the exterior and finding no activity. Next, I knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors, eaves and garage doors. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat spiders, stink bugs and general fall invader pests along the exterior, windowsills and eaves. Good morning Jim, it was nice to meet you! Today I completed your initial premium plus pest service by first inspecting the main areas of concern which is the garage and upstairs bedroom. There were a good amount of droppings in the garage and we did notice a hole near the garage door that I filled in the copper mesh to help prevent entry. I also recommend a garage door sweep as well. I added three mouse bait stations two on either side of the garage door and one by the back wall. I recommend closing up the holes in the roof in the garage to help prevent pest and rodent entry. I added two rodent bait stations with one next to the garage and one out by the shed. I put two mouse bait stations in the garage where droppings were visible. I inspected the mulch beds, jungle gym, and garage, but saw no termite activity at this time, so we added 4 termite monitors around the exterior of the home. We also changed out the 3 glue boards in the garage with new ones. Lastly, we sprayed a liquid residual to help combat spiders, millipedes and general fall invader pests around the exterior, eaves and windowsills. We did notice some mouse droppings as well and the main area was in the kitchen, so we added three mouse bait stations with one under the right corner fryers and two along the wall where the water bottles were stored. I applied a liquid repellent solution to the interior foundation of your home in all bedrooms and bathrooms including the kitchen and basement and garage.
