I noticed a hole behind the stove that I was able to plug up with copper mesh. I added a mouse bait station under the stove and by the dishwasher. I added one mouse bait station to the front bedroom, two in the back bedroom and one in the hall by back door. Next, I checked all the bait stations in the basement and added one in the bedroom closet and one in bedroom side wall downstairs. I inspected the exterior rodent bait stations showing minimal activity under light post, no activity on front right corner and heavy activity in back of home. I replaced damaged station on front corner and replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. Good morning, my name is Ryan and it was great to meet you! Today I completed your initial premium pest service by first walking around with your sister and getting the run down. I then inspected the kitchen and laundry room for possible entry points and or droppings. In the laundry room I noticed a few openings in the wall and I did include the pictures on file. Some of the holes were small enough to plug with copper mesh, while the rest I recommend sealing up all possible holes as soon as possible. This will help prevent rodent entry as I did notice droppings in one hole on the insulation. Next, I inspected the exterior for any pest and possible entry points. I did notice a few entry points with one on the back wall I was able to plug up with copper mesh. The other hole was in the right side shed against the wall and I included picture of that as well. The mice got into a rice box and I noticed the droppings in the one bedroom. While inspecting around I noticed droppings in the heater room, fuse box closet, by the back door and behind the freezer. There was a hole in the corner of the door that I was able to plug up with copper mesh, as you don’t use that door. I added mouse bait station in the back bedroom, behind the freezer, next to the door, two in the heater room, one by work bench and one in the fuse box room. This will help to control the rodent population. Next, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat spiders and centipedes in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. On the outside inspection no termite activity was noticed in the basement or exterior, but I did add four termite monitors on the exterior to be checked every service.

In the old stump outback I did find a bunch of carpenter ants, so I put down some carpenter ant granular bait in the stump. Next, I did an interior inspection and you did notice the mouse run from under the dishwasher to the stove. The three pipes under the sink had droppings around it, so I added a mouse bait station and also plugged up the three holes with copper mesh.
