Green pest solutions is the best! They schedule quarterly, remind you of when they’re coming, and come out in between if there is any issue whatsoever. We’ve had the service for a number of years now and it’s exactly what they say it is, and exactly what you want in a pest solutions company. We had been dealing with an ant problem for almost 2 years off & on. The Pest Control Co was ineffective. Green Pest Control came out and eliminated the problem. We now have year round contract with them. Their technicians do a good job & are polite, especially Marlon Benjamin.

Hello Flora, It was very nice to meet you and I enjoyed our conversation. So as you know, I checked and rebated all the rodent stations in your apartment. The bait station in the pipe chase for your bathroom did have activity and I replaced that also and added two new traps to that location. I removed one deceased mouse from a trap in that same void area. I checked and rebated your large exterior rodent station. Based on my findings, I don’t think you had any recent mice activity in your apartment however, I think you’re in much better standing now. I removed all spiderwebs and treated the perimeter of your home, including windows and doors,(except the areas that we discussed), with a liquid residual product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. I added one ant Arena bait station to your kitchen window for invading odorous house ants that you have observed often on at that location . Outside the home, I removed the webs and spider activity with our webbing tool. I thoroughly treated the exterior with residual material including 13 yellow jacket Ness inside the railing of the steps leading to the deck as well as around the pool. All the nests are active with yellow jackets and they will succumb to the applied material as they land on it and take same into and onto their nest.
