Hi, good afternoon, it was a pleasure speaking with you today. Today I completed the pest initial service. I inspected the summer kitchen area for rodent activity. I found several rat droppings along the walls. I put two large rodent bait stations inside the summer kitchen, two near the rocks outside of the summer kitchen, two against the house near the summer kitchen, and one on the opposite side of the house. I also placed several small rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the summary kitchen, as well as traps to help further reduce activity. I also did an inspection for termites on the exterior, I did not see any at this time. I installed four termite monitors around each corner of the house. I replaced rodent bait, there were no signs of activity in attic, basement or garage, moderate activity found in basement of detached garage and outside. I replaced glue boards throughout and added mouse snap traps to attic and basement to monitor areas. I treated the attic, garages, both basements and exterior of the home and detached garage, with a liquid residual solution for general pests.
