Here and gone without us knowing except for an email update. Had terrible HALLOWEEN BUGS last fall, but no sign of them this year. Also noticed that we were not bothered by mosquitoes this summer in our deck!! All in all, gray service! Affordable price!

It was great to speak with you this morning before I got started with your initial inspection/service. Per your request I only treated for rodents. No pesticide liquids were applied inside or outside of the home to protect wildlife and your cat inside. I do recommend fixing the weatherstrip at the bottom of the garage door for I believe this is your entryway into the home. Today I sent a series of bait stations throughout the home one behind the washer and dryer one on either side of the garage door two snap traps underneath the stove the unit upstairs in the attic and unit underneath the sinks where activity has been observed previous. While downstairs in the basement, I installed one small rodent unit up on the sill plate in the unfinished part of the basement and while down in this area, I did check the joists for any termite activity, not finding any at the moment. I inspected the interior exterior for any signs of termites and found no evidence at this time. I placed two interior bait stations in the garage to mitigate road activity. I removed the cobwebs from around the exterior of the home and knocked down a wasp nest. I placed two exterior bait stations on the perimeter of the house to help mitigate rodent activity. I used a non-repellent liquid residual treatment applied directly to the nests to eradicate the yellow jacket activity. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation the bottoms of windows and round doors for general and seasonal pest control. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office. Someone will be out in a week for a follow up for the yellow jacket activity.
