Today I completed your Pest initial inspection. I first did an exterior inspection checking your foundation for rodent entry points and bee activity. I placed two exterior rodent bait stations for your rodent activity you’ve been seeing. I noticed one hive on the front side of your property and a corner. I sprayed that with a non-repellent solution that should be done in 3 to 5 days. I also knocked down cobwebs I saw on your doors and windows to limit spider activity on the interior of your home. I then applied a non-repellent solution to the foundation of your home, targeting general pets, such as ants, spiders, wasps, and other general pests. I inspected mulch beds for any termite activity. I didn’t find any at this time. I also installed four termite monitors on the corners of your property. Please keep them in place as best you can. It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (17) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line and thresholds. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles.
