Good morning, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the interior mouse bait stations all showing no activity. I added two additional bait stations in the drop ceiling in kitchen where activity was reported. One station along inside wall first tile to the left of cabinet and on outside facing wall above window two tiles to the right of cabinet. Both exterior rodent bait stations on right side of home were empty. I replenished all interior/exterior stations with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I also applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways and windows carefully avoiding personal items. This is targeting general pests trying to enter this time of year. Good morning, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the exterior rodent bait station and it was empty. While inspecting the exterior perimeter, I also noticed yellow jackets entering an exiting through an opening in the retaining wall in back of home. I applied a liquid residual solution directly into opening making contact with yellow jackets as they exit. I also applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways and windows targeting general pests trying to enter this time of year.
