We recently moved to PA and have been looking for a company to care for pest solutions. Having lived in our prior residence for over 15 years, we established a relationship with our exterminators where I knew the service person and even the receptionist by name. It’s the second time Johnny’s been here. Last time he did a great job getting rid of a ground nest of vicious yellowjackets. Today he did another nest in a different place plus my termite inspection and some bugs in my kitchen windowsill. He’s courteous, wears a mask which I appreciate and is just a nice guy. Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your initial pest inspection/treatment. Mouse activity observed throughout the home. No visible termite activity on the interior or exterior of the home. I installed four termite monitoring stations on the corners. While inspecting the exterior perimeter multiple entry points found on front left side where pipe for oil tank exits along the foundation and right side of garage near foundation where wiring enters. I applied copper mesh to block these openings and help prevent rodent entry. I also noticed that the flap for exhaust vent for dryer does not fully close providing pests with access to the home. I recommend repairing our replacing vent cover. I added two exterior rodent bait stations on the front left side of home and on the right side near exhaust vent. Good morning, today I was here to complete a one time service concerning wasps. Yellow jacket nest observed along sill plate in the crawlspace. Yellow jackets also observed entering an exiting opening under siding in the back of home. I noticed potential entry points around lines from generator and air conditioning unit entering on left side of home. Today I inspected units, 30 and 29 from top to bottom. Applied a residual liquid non-repellent to the interior baseboards of unit 30 and 29. Also applied gel bait to the cabinets cracks crevices plus I installed a few roach bait stations. In unit 29 I was able to treat all the way around the interior baseboards, as well as the cabinets with aerosol and gel bates due to heavy activity. Please allow 10 to 14 days to see the full residual effect. However, with the activity that we’re dealing with this could take a little bit of time to get under control.
