Sherman is fantastic. He has been extremely thorough at every visit, very kind and understanding and alleviates us of any issues we might have. We recently moved to PA and have been looking for a company to care for pest solutions. Having lived in our prior residence for over 15 years, we established a relationship with our exterminators where I knew the service person and even the receptionist by name. Today was our initial visit and Sherman was patient and explained everything he saw and everything he did. (And with a big smile!) The price always could be cheaper, right? It’s the second time Johnny’s been here. Last time he did a great job getting rid of a ground nest of vicious yellowjackets. Today he did another nest in a different place plus my termite inspection and some bugs in my kitchen windowsill. He’s courteous, wears a mask which I appreciate and is just a nice guy. I inspected all termite monitors and saw no signs of any activity present at this time. I replaced the discarded monitor.
