We recently moved to PA and have been looking for a company to care for pest solutions. Having lived in our prior residence for over 15 years, we established a relationship with our exterminators where I knew the service person and even the receptionist by name. It’s the second time Johnny’s been here. Last time he did a great job getting rid of a ground nest of vicious yellowjackets. Today he did another nest in a different place plus my termite inspection and some bugs in my kitchen windowsill. He’s courteous, wears a mask which I appreciate and is just a nice guy. I replaced the four missing termite monitors on corners around home. I inspected the exterior rodent bait station showing heavy activity. I replenished with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling population. I also applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims targeting ants and other general pests that may try to enter. I recommend removing overgrowth along foundation. This is a conducive condition that could cause pest Harborage and increase activity. Hello. Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, knocking down any spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the base with a liquid solution, to stop any pests from invading the interior of the home, and checked outdoor rodent bait stations. These stations showed moderate activity, so I replaced the bait to monitor any further activity. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment. Good morning. Today I was here to perform your initial pest inspection/treatment. Carpenter ants reported in sitting area in back of home. No activity observed on the interior during today’s visit and minimal activity observed under door trim on exterior of home. Mouse droppings found in basement crawlspace and corners of unfinished areas. no visible termite activity observed interior/exterior during today’s visit. While inspecting the exterior perimeter of home potential entry point found where utility lines enter foundation behind AC unit leading into crawlspace. There are also gaps on the bottom left and right corners of garage door where mice could be entering. I applied copper mesh to opening behind AC unit to help prevent entry and I recommend replacing garage door sweep to help block entry. I added one exterior rodent bait station behind AC unit in front of home. Five interior mouse bait stations placed in basement on sill plate inside electrical closet, on sill plate above wind
Good morning. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. Carpenter bee Burrows found in siding of home in Pergola near pool and fence around home. Ants observed trailing along foundation on back right side of home. No visible termite activity observed during today’s visit. I applied a liquid residual solution directly into old and new Burrows of pergola and fence around home. I applied a similar solution to the exterior foundation, door trims, window trims and carpenter burrows under siding. This is targeting ants, carpenter bees and other general/seasonal pests. I installed four termite monitoring stations on corners around your home. I applied copper mesh to openings around utility lines entering foundation on left side of home near AC units and front right side at the top of basement window trim. This will help prevent rodent entry. I removed mud dauber nests from eaves above garage and a paper wasps nest from playset in back of home. I recommend trimming back

I inspected termite monitors all showing no activity. I reinstalled dislodged stations on that corners of home. I applied a liquid residual solution to the interior perimeter of basement and garage where accessible. I applied a similar solution to the exterior foundation, door trims, window trims and eaves above back deck.
