Sherman is fantastic. He has been extremely thorough at every visit, very kind and understanding and alleviates us of any issues we might have. We recently moved to PA and have been looking for a company to care for pest solutions. Having lived in our prior residence for over 15 years, we established a relationship with our exterminators where I knew the service person and even the receptionist by name. It’s the second time Johnny’s been here. Last time he did a great job getting rid of a ground nest of vicious yellowjackets. Today he did another nest in a different place plus my termite inspection and some bugs in my kitchen windowsill. He’s courteous, wears a mask which I appreciate and is just a nice guy. The two by entryway showed no activity and the other three around the perimeter all showed minimal activity. The exterior bait station under deck was empty and station on the left side of home showed minimal activity. I replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves. The exterior termite monitoring stations showed no activity. I replaced the missing station on the back left corner and replaced discs inside of stations on the front left corner and back right corner due to oversaturation.
