Hi, good afternoon, today I completed your premium plus initial service. I noticed a large amount of spider activity in the basement in garage, I sprayed those areas with a non-repellent solution to help reduce activity. I also placed new glue boards around the garage and basement to better monitor pest activity. I also inspected every room in the house, I saw no pest activity and those rooms at this time. On the exterior, I applied granular bait in the mulch beds to target carpenter ant activity. I installed four termite monitors on each corner of the house, these will be inspected every quarterly. I sprayed a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation of your home to target ants, spiders, centipedes, beetles, and other general pest. Today I applied a liquid residual treatment to the entrance of a yellow jackets nest on the front of the building. Yellow jackets are coming through where the air conditioning lines go through the wall on the street side of the building. I am unable to photograph the actual nest, due to the fact, the nest is behind drywall. I did include exterior photos as well as one interior photo of the area where the nest is in the utility room. They’re still may be a few yellow jackets that get into the basement, but they will quickly die. Please allow one week for treatment to be effective. Good afternoon and nice to meet you. My name is Kevin and I was here for your initial pest service. Your main concern was carpenter ants. After my inspection I found them nesting in stump in the back where the pond is. I applied bait to tree and back of the home. I applied a liquid to the exterior perimeter. Allow ants to come in contact with products. This is slow acting so the all colonies are effected. This may take a few weeks. I found no visible evidence of termites at this time. I installed termite bait stations to the perimeter. We will be back in 30 days for the next service. Thank you for choosing green pest solutions!
