Henry was great!! He explained all of the services being provided, walked the perimeter inside and outside with me and showed me where he sprayed, what was being done. Provided recommendations to cut the tree near the house to prevent ants from traveling up the tree into the house. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and can tell he loves his job! Highly recommend!!

Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I inspected around the windows and question and found a couple parts of the window frame that were pulled away allowing insects to enter. I would recommend getting caulk or expanding foam to fix this. Other than the bees around the windows, I see no other signs of pests in the house. The bees in question are unfortunately honeybees that we cannot treat for. I did treat under the deck and around doors and windows to help prevent other wasps from entering the house or creating nests. I also pointed out a couple places around the exterior that need to be sealed up as well. As a reminder, the first quarterly technician will be here in a month. Good morning I completed your initial service today. The first thing to notice was the slight smell in the living room. We were not able to determine whether this came from a dead mouse or the moldy smell in the basement. I found no signs of mice on the first floor. Inspecting the basement. I found a lot of old mouse droppings above the drop ceiling. I placed two mouse bait stations in the basement. One was placed where I removed the ceiling tile and another is placed behind the water heater. I inspected around the outside of the house and used copper mesh to block a few holes by the air conditioner. I also placed a large bait station next to the AC unit.The last thing I did was placed four termite monitors on the corners of the house, these are to help us monitor for future termite activity. Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. My attention was first drawn to the wasps nest out front in the utility boxes. I opened the utility box and question and removed the nest that was inside. I removed the three dead nests from the other utility box as well. On the back porch, I treated the section above the door that is a hotspot for wasps. I inspected around the basement and found some traces of mouse droppings. I placed two small bait stations on the sill in the basement. I also treated the basement with a liquid residual for general and seasonal pests. I inspected around the rest of the house and found a little to no evidence of bug activity. I did treat the rest of the interior with the liquid residual for general and seasonal pests.
