Henry was great!! He explained all of the services being provided, walked the perimeter inside and outside with me and showed me where he sprayed, what was being done. Provided recommendations to cut the tree near the house to prevent ants from traveling up the tree into the house. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and can tell he loves his job! Highly recommend!!

Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait stations and found minimal activity. I replaced the bait accordingly. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect. Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your quarterly service. I treated the garage with a liquid residual for the current ant activity. I also applied a separate liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home to combat ants and other general pests. On the back deck, I used an aerosol treatment on bee burrow holes and on a small wasps nest I saw. On the exterior windowsills, I applied a repellant solution to treat clover mites. I also installed termite monitors at the corners of the home that we’ll check with each visit. I recommend calling us in two weeks if activity remains high. Hi, good morning, today I was here for the follow up service. I applied non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. I put a new rodent bait station behind the shed. I inspected the other two bait stations and they showed no signs of activity. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment. Good morning I completed your initial service today. I started by checking out the attic. I found a few dead insects in the attic near the windows. On the second floor, I found signs of ants in the boys room and bathroom. On the main floor, I found a few dead bugs on the windowsills. In the basement, there were more signs of dead bugs and spiderwebs. After inspecting, I treated the entirety of the house with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. I placed liquid ant gel on windowsills throughout the house. Do not be alarmed if you see ants congregating on the windowsills. This is a good thing as they are eating the poison and taking it back to their nests. During my exterior inspection, I found a few carpenter ants in the mulch bed by the driveway. I placed a few piles of insect granular in these areas to help control the issue. I inspected and treated around the detached garage.
