Henry was great!! He explained all of the services being provided, walked the perimeter inside and outside with me and showed me where he sprayed, what was being done. Provided recommendations to cut the tree near the house to prevent ants from traveling up the tree into the house. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and can tell he loves his job! Highly recommend!!

Hello. Today I completed the exterior portion of your initial treatment. I understand that you would like to reschedule for interior treatment. Today upon inspection I noticed heavy ant activity on the exterior of the building. It looks like they are entering where the Verizon box is on the exterior. I recommend trimming away some of the vegetation on the exterior of the property to reduce pest activity. I placed an exterior rodent bait station next to your HVAC unit. I placed four termite monitors on the corners of the property. I sprayed the exterior foundation with a non-repellent liquid solution, targeting ants, spiders, and other general pests. Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I started by inspecting the area where the ants are seen. They are coming into the bedroom under the baseboard. I placed a couple drops of ant gel around the area and then treated the area with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. Please allow at least a week or two for the treatment full effect. After that, I went outside to see if I could find where the ants are entering from. I searched around the entire exterior of the home and could not find a single ant anywhere around. It is a possibility they could be entering from the roof and coming down. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the exterior rodent bait stations and found light activity. I replaced the old bait with new bait. I sprayed with a non-repellent solution targeting yellow jackets. Please allow five days for treatment to take full effect.
