I had a great experience all around! I submitted the online request and was contacted very quickly. We were able to set up the consultation the next day. Dave came out to do the walk around and was very thorough, knowledgable, and was super nice! He took the time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. He was also super clear when explaining how their schedules work for the program we were signing up for. I’m very happy with my experience.

Good morning, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the interior mouse bait stations in the shed, garage and along sill plate in basement all showing no activity. The three exterior bait stations showed minimal activity overall. I replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I also replaced old glue boards around perimeter of basement showing spider and beetle activity. I applied a liquid residual solution to the interior perimeter of the garage, unfinished area of basement and door trim leading to lower deck. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways, windows, deck and under deck. This is targeting general pests trying to enter this time of year. We recommend avoiding that area until live activity ceases, which can take 3 to 5 days. We also treated and remove some old paper wasp nests from the back porch.
