I had a great experience all around! I submitted the online request and was contacted very quickly. We were able to set up the consultation the next day. Dave came out to do the walk around and was very thorough, knowledgable, and was super nice! He took the time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. We spot treated the interior, basement, and garage with a liquid residual insecticide. Then we inspected the exterior of the home and noticed some carpenter ant activity along the foundation on the rear right corner. We treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual insecticide to help control these carpenter ants and other surface crawling insects. We added two exterior rodent bait stations to help monitor and control rodent activity on the exterior. We performed a termite inspection to find no termite activity at the time of service, along with placing termite monitoring devices on the corners of the home which will be checked on your quarterly services. Today I inspected the exterior of the home for any and all pest activity. First I located your exterior rodent stations which showed some significant activity, I filled the units to continue controlling and monitoring for this pest activity. I did also minimize spider webs to cut back on this activity plus I applied a residual liquid application to the exterior foundation, window trim, doorway entrances as well as your utility lines going in and out of the home. Today’s applications may cause an uptick and activity, this is normal and I would give this about 10 days or so to see the full effect. I then put down two exterior rodent bait stations, I put one on the left side of your home and one on the back side. This will help minimize rodent activity inside and outside your home. I also put two inside one in the kitchen and one in the laundry room. I then installed four termite monitoring stations on the four corners of your home to monitor termite activity. Good afternoon Amber. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We addressed the yellow jacket breach in the bedroom. We treated the breach hole with a residual insecticide along with sealing it up to prevent any more yellow jackets from entering the bedroom. We then knocked down any live yellow jackets in the bedroom and remove them. We treated the exterior entry point with a liquid residual insecticide that these yellow jackets will crawl back-and-forth through and circulate through the hive.
