Good afternoon I was here today for your quarterly pest control service. Today I applied a liquid repellent solution around the entire exterior foundation of your home also around all of your doors and windows. Targeting spiders and other occasional invaders. Trying to enter your home this time of year. I also inspected both of your exterior rodent control devices. The one on the side of the house near the steps was empty. I put fresh bait in the one near the air-conditioning unit. There was no activity. I removed the old bait and put fresh bait inside.
