Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your first quarterly service. The interior bait stations showed high activity in the basement and light activity everywhere else. I added two bait stations in the basement and one underneath the sink in the kitchen. The exterior bait station showed moderate activity. I refilled all stations with fresh bait. I placed an ant bait arena where you noticed ant activity. I recommend giving us a call in 2 to 4 weeks if mice activity remains high. Good morning, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service today. I inspected the interior of the home and found mouse droppings in the basement. I placed a total of 8 snap traps along the sill plate and shelves in the basement. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I inspected the exterior for gaps mice could use to enter the home and stuffed those I could with copper mesh. I recommend sealing the area on the back of the home I pointed out. I placed a large rodent bait station on the exterior as well. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. I added a roach bait station under the sink in the bathroom. I also applied a liquid treatment to the interior baseboards where activity was scene. Outside, I checked the termite monitors and found no activity at this time. You also mentioned carpenter bees by your shed. I found burrowing holes and applied an aerosol treatment. I have placed an above ground station at window and installed stations to the perimeter. Once they begin to feed time is needed for control. At least 90 days however more time is usually needed.
