Good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service today. Your only concern at this time was yellow jackets coming inside around the window upstairs. I inspected the window and throughout the crawlspace, but was unable to find the hole the yellow jackets were entering through. At this time of year, it is difficult to determine their point of entry, as they could be in an inaccessible part of the home to overwinter. I used a liquid residual to treat around the window where dead and sluggish yellow jackets had congregated. I also used this solution on the exterior of the home, where it was reported the bees had been entering during the summer. Please allow five to seven days for full effect. We will continue to monitor the activity, and once the weather gets warm, we should be able to pinpoint the nest directly and treat it. In addition, I swept away any cobwebs I saw on the exterior. I placed gel bait in the cracks and crevices of the kitchen and placed bait arenas near appliances. I applied a liquid treatment to the baseboards and around appliances as well. Hello, today I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and found droppings in the kitchen behind the oven and in the attic. I placed bait stations in these spots as well as in the basement. I installed a termite monitor at each corner of your home that will be checked during each service. I found a couple of entry points that I will block off with copper mesh during the follow up appointment. Please allow some time for mice to find the bait and be affected by it. I blocked off any potential entry points I found outside with copper mesh and foam. I placed an exterior bait station near the ac where it seems that they are entering from.
