Hello, it was nice meeting you today. I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and exterior. I found ants trailing near the back patio. I applied liquid treatments to the baseboards in the living room and along the exterior perimeter. I also placed ant gel bait in the areas where I found activity. I installed a termite monitor at each corner of the exterior. I placed a rodent bait station outside as well. I recommend trimming vegetation back from the house to help prevent pest activity.
