Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your initial service. I inspected the area where wasp activity was noticed. I saw no signs of activity or any burrowing holes in the yard. I treated the area with a liquid residual in case the burrowing hole was dormant. I applied an aerosol treatment to the railing on the front porch where other wasp activity was reported. I inspected around the rest of the home but found none signs of activity. Around the home, I installed termite monitors that we’ll check with each visit. I also applied a separate liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home targeting ants and other general pests. Hello, today I completed your quarterly service. I inspected the interior and found dead fleas in the basement. I did not find any live activity. I also checked the bait stations and all of the bait was eaten. I refilled them and added another station to the kitchen. I applied a liquid treatment to the baseboards and in the basement for general pests. Your tenant reported seeing flies in the basement and that she has not seen fleas recently. I recommend getting a dehumidifier for the basement and having any leaky plumbing fixed to reduce moisture. If you would like to have the units and basement treated for fleas, please call for an appointment and our office can supply you with a prep list. I recommend calling for an appointment in 2-3 weeks to at least check on the rodent bait stations.
