I placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the house. I also inspected for any pest activity and found no issues of concern at this time. I do recommend having the gaps around the garage door sealed, as this is a common entry point for mice. I placed two small bait stations at both corners inside the garage for rodent control. I also applied a liquid repellent solution throughout the garage targeting spiders and other insects as requested. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a different liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. I used an aerosol to treat all carpenter bee holes on the pergola and patio.
