It is likely a dead rodent in the walls that we are unable to reach. The flies will go away, given time. I checked the rat trap and exterior bait station and found no rodent activity at this time. Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your initial service. I inspected the home for rat activity, but found no signs of droppings. I placed a rat trap in the opening above the washer and dryer. Outside, I placed a bait station in the shed. I found a large opening in the shed to the home that was too large for me to fill. I recommend getting some sealing foam to fill the gap. I also applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home. I placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the house. I also inspected for any pest activity and found no issues of concern at this time. I do recommend having the gaps around the garage door sealed, as this is a common entry point for mice. I placed two small bait stations at both corners inside the garage for rodent control. I also applied a liquid repellent solution throughout the garage targeting spiders and other insects as requested. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw.
