Good morning. It was a pleasure speaking with you. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. I checked the attic from your son’s room and found no signs of activity but I did notice from droppings on the far left side going toward the back of the house. I did place a bait in his closet. I checked the attic from the living room side and did see mice all around the insulation and the drop ceiling. I placed two bait stations near the vent along the wall in that section of the attic. I inspected the basement as well and only saw droppings on the blanket near the top of the steps. I also placed two bait stations on the ac line on the right side and the crawl space on the left side. I inspected the exterior and found multiple entry points for entry; especially around the soffits on the left side of the house near adjacent to the living room. I noticed a small crack in the ac unit connected to the window in the living room. I could see the outside from the living room
