Good morning, I completed your quarterly pest control service today. First I inspected interior rodent bait stations and found minor activity. Replaced bait in station in the kitchen. Removed any cobwebs from around your house. I treated exterior perimeter, around windows and doors with liquid residual for ants, spiders, general and seasonal pest activity. Inspected exterior rodent bait station and replaced bait due to minor activity. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for full effect. Good morning Mrs. Stanke, it was great to speak with you today before I get started with your initial service and inspection. Today during my inspection, I did take notice to some pretty heavy ant activity inside, and I noticed some mouse droppings in the kitchen. I did install 4 ant starions inside, one on the kitchen counter, one on the floor next to the cabinets, one in the back behind the toilet in the bathroom, and one by the back door. I did also install two rodent monitors inside one on the floor with the ant station next to the cabinet in the kitchen and one in the laundry room by the back door. On the exterior, I installed one large rodent monitoring station to help minimize and control rodents around the property. After I was finished up, I applied a residual liquid treatment to the exterior foundation of the home to help minimize pest activity.
