Good morning I completed your initial service today. I inspected around the basement and found a few areas of high mouse activity. I placed a small bait station by the sump pump, in the closet under the stairs, and in the back room. As you continue to repair the basement, we can adjust as needed. In the attic above the garage, I placed three more bait stations and two snap traps. It looks like the garage may be one of the main entrances that they are using so I placed two smaller bait stations inside of the garage by the door. I also placed a large bait station on the side of the house. I inspected the basement and exterior foundations and found no signs of termites. I did, however, placed four termite monitors on the corners of the house to help us monitor for future activity. Please allow a week or two for the treatments effect. As a reminder, the first quarterly technician will be here in the month. If you have any questions or concerns before, then, please reach out to the office.
