I received a report that there was a service conducted. I never saw the provider no spoke to anyone. Makes it difficult to evaluate the service. The service provider noted that little was done because of the construction around the house. I am not sure why I am being charged for a service that was not even provided.

Hi, today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I removed all cobwebs around your windows and doors to prevent any spiders activity inside of your home. I also applied a non-repellent liquid solution around the foundation of your home, target ants, spiders, crickets, stink, bugs, and other general pest. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the results of this treatment. I also placed a large exterior rodent control device on the side of the garage. Hello, it was a pleasure speaking with you both today. Today I started your initial pest control service. Main issue is mice. I inspected around the exterior foundation of your home. I have pointed out couple of areas that needs to get sealed off to prevent any rodents inside of your home especially entering this fall/winter season. I did stuff some copper mesh in some areas in the meantime to help prevent rodents from entering your home as well. I installed some exterior rodent control devices around the property, this will help reduce also prevent rodents from entering your home. I also installed some interior my speed stations in the basement/crawlspace area, in the kitchen behind the radiator and also in the attic. I also set up some snap traps as well. We will be back in about two weeks to inspect these straps in base stations, if you do happen to have any other pest issues, please contact our office.
