Good morning this is David with Green Pest Solutions. It was nice meeting you. I completed part of your initial pest service and inspection due to rain. I will schedule a follow up visit to complete the exterior treatment work and to check the rodent bait stations. I installed one exterior rodent bait station near the air conditioner unit. I also installed one interior rodent bait station in the attic near the access panel. It is recommended to seal all openings in the siding, around utility lines, and foundation. This will help prevent pests from entering your home. I found several openings around plumbing lines under the sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms. I found mulch levels above the bottom edge of the siding. I found several openings in the soffits. I found a large hole in the foundation to the left of the back door. I found openings in the walls of the attic where utility lines are located. Addressing these issues will help prevent pests from entering your home. I found an open

I applied a repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the termite monitors (I had a replace 2 of them due to damage/missing) and found no activity at this time. I applied a liquid residual around the exterior foundation of your home and window trimmings for general pest. I inspected the termite monitors and there is no activity at this time. Good afternoon it was nice meeting you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected the exterior of the home finding no signs of active pests and no clear signs of mouse entry points. I inspected the interior including garage, basement, living room, and kitchen. I found possible entry points in the basement and garage. In these areas I laid a mouse bait station, I also put a big bait station on the backside of the house. I treated the exterior of the house with a liquid residual for ants and other general pest. Please allow a week or two for the products full effect. I placed four termite monitors on the corners of the house. You will notice these by the green semicircle in the mulch.
