They showed heavy signs of activity, so I removed the old bait ,and placed fresh bait into those stations, so we can continue monitoring for rodent activity. I also replenished the exterior rodent bait stations, both showing moderate activity. Carefully avoiding personal items I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims. This is targeting ants, spiders and other general pests that may try to enter. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment. Next, I checked the exterior rodent bait stations and the one by the garage showed minimal feeding, while the one on the side of home showed heavy feeding. I did replenish each with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. I then treated with a liquid residual in cicada killer holes by the front walk way. I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders, stinging insects and general pests around the exterior foundation and down the outside stairs to basement door. I checked the interior rodent bait stations in both attic crawl spaces that both showed no activity. Did not see any droppings or rodent activity at this time, but added fresh bait to the stations. After inspecting around each floor and room I found the main source in the basement, as well as issues in a couple bedrooms and library. I do recommend a good cleaning and vacuuming up of these areas. I found no termite issue interior or exterior, but did install 4 termite monitors to be checked every service. First, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat the clothing moths in the basement, library, sunroom, bedrooms and living room. I also installed 3 clothing moth traps to monitor the activity.
