I did complete your quarterly pest control service on the exterior foundation of your home also around your windows and doors, targeting ants, spiders, crickets, stink, bugs, centipedes, and other general pest. I also inspected your exterior rodent control devices. There were about empty. I refilled them with fresh bait. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the best result of the treatment. I also inspected for any other pest activity around the exterior foundation of your home, but I have not noticed any at this time. Good afternoon, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the interior mouse bait stations along sill plate in the basement. The station in the back right corner above storage bins showed very little activity and the other stations showed no activity. The bait stations on the left and right side of crawlspace entryway were both empty. I also found and removed two dead mice from crawlspace. The exterior rodent bait station on the right side showed minimal activity and the station on the left side showed moderate activity. I replenished all stations with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I removed visible cobwebs from doorways, windows and eaves. I also applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways and windows. Targeting general pests trying to enter this time of the year.
