Hello my name is David with Green Pest Solutions. Today I inspected your property. The insects in question at the second floor window were ants. I inspected the basement and found termite tubes at the front left corner under the porch by the window. I installed the Sentricon termite bait system around the exterior perimeter of your house, detached garage, and shed. This product will help control both existing and potential termite activity. Within approximately 90 days of the termites feeding on the bait the entire colony will be eliminated. Please be aware that swarming is still possible and normal. There is no need to spray chemicals on them. A simple home vacuum will easily remove any swarmers. It is recommended to cut back any vegetation touching or close to the house. Hello, it was nice meeting you today. I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and found mouse droppings in the unfinished room. I placed rodent bait stations throughout the basement and shed. I also placed a large station outside. I used copper mesh to block off some entry points I found outside. I recommend having the bird feeder moved away from the house to avoid attracting mice. I installed a termite monitor at each corner of the exterior. I swept away the spider webs I found outside and removed a wasp nest from the soffit. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior perimeter along the foundation as well. I applied a liquid treatment to the baseboards and placed gel bait in the cracks and crevices of the cabinets. I also placed glue traps in the kitchen to help monitor activity. Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your initial service. I inspected the outside and found no entry points other than the grate I pointed out. I was unable to seal the opening with copper mesh, so I’d look into ways of having that closed. I added bait stations in the garage and two rooms in the basement. I also added a larger one outside. I placed a rat trap in the room to the left in the basement in case it is not mice. You mentioned fly activity out back so I sprayed the brick perimeter of the patio with an aerosol treatment. Around the home, I installed termite monitors we’ll continue to check. I also applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation targeting ants and other general pests.
