Hello, it was nice meeting you today. I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and found heavy evidence of rat activity. Droppings and nesting was found throughout the kitchen and basement. I pre-baited snap traps in the basement and kitchen. I placed a large bait station in the basement as well. I placed glue traps in the kitchen to monitor insect activity, some evidence of roaches was found but I didn’t see any activity. We were unable to inspect some of the upstairs and the exterior today. If possible we can complete that part of the inspection during the follow up service. I will let the office know to reach out and schedule a time for me to set the traps and check the bait stations. I then treated the exterior perimeter of the home with a liquid residual for ants and other general pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. Hello, today I serviced your home for yellow jackets. I made sure the dry wall was intact near the nest before treating. I then applied a liquid treatment to the entry point where the wasps are getting into the soffit. Please allow up to 5-7 days for the treatment to take effect. Hello. Today I completed your initial service. I inspected all units and the basement. Some droppings were found in the units on the first and 3rd floor. I placed a bait station in each kitchen and in other spots where activity was found. I blocked off every hole that could be a potential entry point as well. I applied liquid treatments to the baseboards and around appliances. I also treated the perimeter along the foundation and around doors and windows. I also placed a bait station outside. Morning it was great meeting you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected the exterior of the home and found the yellow jacket entry point at the back of the house under the gutters. I inspected inside the house and found the breach inside the kitchen in the ceiling. I sprayed the breach point, and sealed it with blue painters tape. I then treated the entry point on the outside. I inspected the basement and found no signs of termites or any other pests.
