We agree that next to the front door on the right the cement offered large pest entry point as well as underneath front door. I inspected the interior of your kitchen and observed ants coming from underneath baseboard to climb side of counter. I also inspected HVAC room to check for rodent entry points. I placed one mouse bait station inside HVAC room. I placed one station with gel added to right hand corner of countertop.
