Technician did not do a thorough and complete job exterminating at our site. We have six offices in our suite and only one office and bathroom was treated in our downstairs area. I communicated to the salesperson ahead of time that an upstairs office also needed to be treated, but the Technician didn’t seem to know anything about it. He eventually treated the space.

Jamiel showed up to my house on time and was very professional. Before coming into my home he inquired about our specific pest problems so that he could use the most efficient products to address our issues.
