Technician did not do a thorough and complete job exterminating at our site. We have six offices in our suite and only one office and bathroom was treated in our downstairs area. I communicated to the salesperson ahead of time that an upstairs office also needed to be treated, but the Technician didn’t seem to know anything about it. He eventually treated the space.

Jamiel showed up to my house on time and was very professional. Before coming into my home he inquired about our specific pest problems so that he could use the most efficient products to address our issues. Good morning it was nice speaking with. Today I completed your pest initial service. I inspected around the lobby and main gym area and found no evidence of mice activity. I also checked the backroom and found no signs of activity. I also inspected the basement and found no current signs of activity but I did noticed a few possible entry points. The crawl space, the hole above the pvc line, another hole to the right of the furnace, the hole in the far back room on the left hand side next to the door were all the entry points that I noticed. I placed small bait stations in these spots. I also placed a few glue boards along the ground to help monitor and control any possible activity. Please keep in mind that the next technician will be back in 30 days to monitor any progress. Afterwards will start your quarterly services. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches. I found a dirt floor in the crawlspace.
