Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly service. I applied a liquid treatment to the foundation and around doors and windows. I also checked the bait stations inside, outside, and in the shed. No feeding was found in the house, the bait in the shed was mostly empty and most of the exterior bait was eaten. I refilled all of them with fresh bait. Hello, today I completed your quarterly service. I applied a liquid treatment to the foundation and around doors and windows. I checked for wasp nests and anything that may attract flies. I didn’t find any wasp or bee activity. Flies are attracted to decaying organic material, I recommend having drains cleaned out as well if they are the smaller fruit flies. I also checked the bait station outside. Most of the bait was eaten and I refilled it with fresh bait. No termite activity was found in the termite monitors.
