I inspected the basement and the damage to the floorboard you had pointed out to me; no termite activity found at this time. I also checked the existing monitor and found no evidence of termites there either. I replaced the other three termite monitoring stations due to being missing. I placed some ant gel bait in the crevices in the kitchen where ants were reported. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I refilled the exterior rodent bait station with fresh bait; heavy activity noted. I then treated the exterior perimeter of the home, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general, and seasonal pest activity.
