As this does make the property ineligible for our Premium Plus program, an office representative will reach out about either downgrading or upgrading your coverage. For today, I treated throughout the interior of the basement with a liquid residual targeting ants, spiders, and crickets. I also sprinkled some granular bait in the inaccessible areas of the basement for these pests. I added glue boards to trap and monitor insects. I placed mouse bait stations under the kitchen sink, behind the stove, in the basement and in the downstairs bathroom cabinet. I added two larger stations outside under the deck and on the side of the home. The window frame under the deck had a gap in it, so I filled it with copper mesh. I recommend sealing this with silicone or spray foam for a longer term solution. I also applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home targeting ants and other general pests. Please allow one to two weeks for treatment to take effect. If activity remains high after two weeks, feel free to call us to check the bait stations. If not, we’ll be back in about 30 days.
