Good morning it was nice meeting both of you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected the interior of the house, including garage, living room, bedroom, and attic. In the attic, copper mesh was used to block a hole leading to the outside, and a small hole in the floor. During my exterior inspection, we noticed and fixed a couple small foundation penetrations that mice could use. I also placed a large bait station on the corner of the house to help control the mice. The last thing I did was place four termite monitors on the corners of the house. These are designed to help us monitor for termite activity. As a reminder, the quarterly technician will be here in a month however, if you see more activity or have any other questions, please reach out to the office. I applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior for general pests. You may see an increase in activity for a few days, this activity will decrease over time. Good morning this is David with Green Pest Solutions. It was nice meeting you today. Per our conversation I completed your quarterly pest service. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the termite monitors (I had a replace one of them due to damage/missing) and found no activity at this time. I checked the exterior rodent bait stations and found heavy activity. I checked the 2 interior rodent bait stations in the garage and found light activity. I replaced all of the bait. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with (or close proximity to) the house at least 12 inches. This will help prevent pests from entering your home. Hi, today I came out for your one time service for Yellowjackets. First day cleaned up any dead bees on the interior of your home. I also covered up a yellow jacket bridge hole above one of the windows in the living room on the interior. I den treated the entrance where yellow jackets have been going in and out on the exterior of your home.
