To start off, Raina is the best of the best! We had switched services from another pest control company and the service Raina provided far surpassed that of the previous company. She took her time, paid attention to details, and did everything we hoped for. We did not expect the spiderwebs to be swept away but that was taken care of too! She took all of the old bait stations and put newer, more advanced ones in. She answered all of our questions professionally and positively. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. I recommend storing firewood as far away as possible from the house, as this is a harborage point for pests. Keeping it against the foundation of the home can lead to increased pest activity within.
