To start off, Raina is the best of the best! We had switched services from another pest control company and the service Raina provided far surpassed that of the previous company. She took her time, paid attention to details, and did everything we hoped for. We did not expect the spiderwebs to be swept away but that was taken care of too! She took all of the old bait stations and put newer, more advanced ones in. She answered all of our questions professionally and positively. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. I recommend storing firewood as far away as possible from the house, as this is a harborage point for pests. Keeping it against the foundation of the home can lead to increased pest activity within. Good morning this is David with Green Pest Solutions. It was nice speaking with you. I completed your quarterly pest service and annual termite inspection. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a non repellent solution around the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the exterior rodent bait station and found heavy activity. I replaced the old bait with new bait. I checked the termite bait stations and found no activity at this time. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches and to remove excess storage items. I found a lot of openings around the house both inside and outside. Addressing these issues will help prevent pests from entering your home.
