Jermaine understood my fear of wasps/bees (I'm allergic) and was very knowledgeable about identifying my nests as "mud wasps." He cleared them away quickly and sprayed for them at the nests site and all around my house. Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait stations inside and outside and found minimal activity. I replaced the bait accordingly. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect. Good afternoon. It was good talking with you. Today I completed your initial pest control service. I applied a non repellent treatment to the interior baseboards of the master bathroom and the small kitchen with the door leading to the backyard to control any ant activity. I also applied a couple drops of gel bait in the crevices behind the faucet and the right corner of the small kitchen. I also put an bait station in that corner as well. Then I applied 4 termite monitors near the corners of your house to monitor for possible termite activity. I swept away any visible cobwebs from around the house. Carefully avoiding plants, vegetables, and any personal items I then applied a non-repellent treatment around the exterior foundation of your home, treating for ants and other general pests. Please allow 14 days for optimal results of this treatment. Please keep in mind that the next quarterly technician will be here in 30 days. Hello! Today I did your inspection and initial service. I started inside, where I plugged a gap on the main floor bathroom, where the plumbing meets the wall. I placed 3 mouse bait stations throughout the basement to monitor any future activity. I also placed one under the kitchen sink. Outside of the home I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I placed 2 rodent bait stations on either side of the home. I sprayed the exterior foundation with a liquid non-repellent solution, targeting ants, spiders, and other general pests. Your external bait station was relatively untouched, but I did refill with fresh bait. I sprayed for a paper wasp nest on the second floor above your front door. I was unable to remove it due to its location. I also sprayed and removed a hornet nest by one of the back entryways. Please allow two weeks for the treatment to take full effect. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your house and detached garage at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the 5 interior rodent bait stations (3 in the garage and 2 in the basement) and found no activity. I replaced the old bait with new bait. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches.
