Good morning, I completed your initial pest control service today. The tenant on the first floor reported issues with cave crickets and occasional ants. The upstairs tenant reported no issues at this time. I inspected throughout the interior and exterior for evidence of termites and found none. I placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the house. I applied a liquid repellent solution targeting crickets throughout the interior of the basement. I also scattered some granular bait for crickets in inaccessible areas of the basement. I added glue boards as well to help monitor activity, as well as trap insects. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, crickets, and other general pest activity I found around the outside. I found mice droppings in the garage and pool shed. I placed small bait stations in each of these areas. I also added a large rodent bait station next to the garage and outside the pool shed for control. I found several gaps during my inspection that mice could use to enter the home, so I sealed these with copper mesh as well. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect; it can take time for mice to find the bait and begin feeding.
