On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also checked the exterior rodent bait stations. They both showed heavy activity, and I refilled them with fresh bait. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, spiders, general and seasonal pest activity. Good morning, Nice to meet you today. I was here for your initial pest service. Your current issues are ants and termites. You had a termite swarm that n the basement under the stairs. Ants were active in the bathroom/ hallway area. I injected gel bait to the spaces under molding and door frames where they were coming out. On the exterior I applied a liquid residual to the exterior perimeter. These products are designed for the ants to pick it up and transfer throughout the colony. This will take time to run its course, please allow a few weeks for full control. For the termites I installed active bait stations to the exterior perimeter. One of the glue boards had a large wolf spider on it, so I replaced it. I checked the interior bait stations as well and found no feeding at this time. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also refilled the exterior rodent bait station with fresh bait due to moderate activity. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. I sprinkled some granular bait for silverfish around the exterior perimeter as well, in the soil and mulch. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. I checked the exterior rodent bait stations as well. Due to light activity in both, I replenished them with fresh bait. I noticed heavy slug activity in both stations, which was damaging the bait. I sprinkled some granular bait around and inside the stations for slug control.
