I also inspected all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. I checked the mouse bait stations in the shed. Due to light feeding, I replenished them with fresh bait. I was unable to check the stations in the garage today because no one was there to let me in, but if you would like us to return to do so, please call our office. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches. I placed a total of four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the house. We will inspect these for termite activity at each of your quarterly services. Rodent droppings were found in the garage and shed, so I placed two small bait stations inside each for control. I also gave you four ant bait arenas with gel bait added to place where ant activity was reported. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also inspected for rodent entry points and stuffed the corners of the garage with copper mesh for prevention purposes. Good morning, Nice to meet you today. I was here for your initial pest service. Your current issues are ants and termites. You had a termite swarm that n the basement under the stairs. Ants were active in the bathroom/ hallway area. I injected gel bait to the spaces under molding and door frames where they were coming out. On the exterior I applied a liquid residual to the exterior perimeter. These products are designed for the ants to pick it up and transfer throughout the colony. This will take time to run its course, please allow a few weeks for full control. For the termites I installed active bait stations to the exterior perimeter.
